Hi there, I’m Gummy Bear! 🐾

I was found as a stray and I’m a shepherd-type mixed-breed dog. I’m a calm, gentle, and very sociable companion with people. I enjoy their company and am easy to approach, with a laid-back temperament that makes me a pleasant companion in everyday life.

I could be an excellent first dog for a family looking to welcome an affectionate companion and eager to include me in their daily routine. I get along well with children of all ages and could adapt to a variety of lifestyles.

I haven’t yet been tested with other dogs or cats. I don’t seem very interested in the dogs I come across and generally prefer to enjoy the company of my humans. A preliminary meeting will be necessary if I’m to live with another dog.

I’m looking for a family that’s home most of the time, who enjoys spending time with their dog and wants to include me in their activities. A fenced yard is highly recommended so I can safely enjoy the outdoors.

I love long walks, hikes, and trips to the park. 🌳 I’d love to explore new places with you, at my own pace, and enjoy some relaxing moments with a suitable chew toy. I appreciate small adventures just as much as quiet family time.

I already know the “sit” command and am generally calm and well-behaved. Changes in my surroundings can sometimes make me a little more alert, but I’ll gradually find my bearings with a reassuring routine.
