With the support of our community partners and the people of the Outaouais region, we work every day to make a meaningful difference in the lives of animals and to build a future where every living being is loved, respected and protected.
Our territory of nearly 35,000 km2 is home to over 400,000 residents. We work closely with dozens of municipalities who trust us to support their citizens and the vulnerable animals in their region.
Each municipality has its own laws and regulations regarding pets, including licensing requirements, containment, and species-specific restrictions. Licensing is mandatory.
