Hi there, I’m Everest! ❄️

I was found as a stray alongside another dog, and I’m likely a Malamute mix. That means I’ve got all the energy, strength, and big-hearted personality of a primitive breed! I am a vibrant young adult, bursting with enthusiasm, and always thrilled to meet new people.

With children, a home with kids aged 6 and older is recommended, as my excitement might cause me to accidentally knock over toddlers. I could easily live with a calm and independent canine companion like myself. I haven’t been tested with cats or other small animals yet.

My perfect family is active and ready to dedicate time every day to my training. I have a lot of energy to burn, so long hikes make me incredibly happy! Apartment living is not for me, as I like to express myself loud and proud, just like a wolf. A fenced yard and access to wide-open spaces are very important to me because I absolutely love being outside. In fact, we think I might have lived outdoors before.

I already know how to “sit,” but I still have a few things to learn. I tend to pull a bit on the leash, and I jump on people, but only because I’m just so happy to see them!

Affectionate, clingy, and incredibly friendly, I am looking for a family ready to share big adventures with me. If you love staying active and have plenty of love to give, I just might be your Everest! ❤️
