Hi there, I’m Kobe! 🐾

I was surrendered to the shelter, and I’m a guard dog mix—possibly a mix of German Shepherd, Rottweiler, and Great Pyrenees.

I’m an affectionate, food-oriented, and energetic boy! I love cuddles and activities that let me move around, learn, and spend time with my humans.

I’m looking for a family with experience with active dogs, ready to help me learn and integrate me into their daily life. Children 13 years and older are preferred, as my enthusiasm can sometimes cause me to jump on people and bump into younger children.

I’m used to being around other dogs. A preliminary meet-and-greet will be necessary, and living with a female dog is preferred. I can also live with cats, provided that introductions are done gradually.

To ensure my happiness, I’ll need a large fenced yard or regular access to open spaces. Country living could be a great fit for me! I’m looking for a family that’s around most of the time, loves to be active, and wants to include me in their adventures.

🌲 Long walks, hikes, and plays will be perfect for me. I also love having something to keep my mind occupied and satisfy my urge to chew with appropriate toys.

My little challenge? Learning to keep all four paws on the ground, walk more calmly on a leash, and better manage my excitement. I can also get a little loud when I’m waiting for something—especially a treat! With patience, consistency, and positive training, I’ll be able to make progress.
