Hi there, I’m Annabelle! 🐾

I was surrendered to the shelter, and my breed mix is unknown.

I’m a young dog who’s playful, curious, and ready to explore the world! Since I’m still learning, I’ll need a family that’s willing to invest in my training and help me develop good daily habits.

A family with preferably some experience with puppies would be ideal for me. Around young children, my enthusiasm might lead to jumping, nipping, and shoving. Older children would therefore be preferable, with close supervision and safety gates as needed.

I could share my home with another dog, ideally of the opposite sex. Introductions will need to be gradual, with breaks and time apart as needed, since I might become more selective around certain dogs as I grow up. My compatibility with cats and other animals hasn’t been tested yet; a very gradual introduction will be necessary.

I’m looking for a family that’s available and often at home, especially during my first few weeks. Long absences could cause me stress, so I’ll need to learn gradually how to be alone. A fenced-in yard would be a big plus!

I’d love to share lots of adventures with my humans! 🌲🎾 Walks, hikes, plays, brain-teasing activities, and fun chewing sessions will help me thrive. Positive and regular training sessions will also be essential for me.

My little challenges? Potty training, walking calmly on a leash, limiting jumping and barking, and better managing my excitement. I might also have my moments of puppy madness! 😉

With patience, consistency, and kindness, I can become a wonderful companion. If you’re ready to support me as I learn and let me grow at my own pace, maybe our story is about to begin! 🏡
