Hi, I’m Yuki! I’m a curious, playful puppy who’s always up for an adventure. I promise you unforgettable playtime and lots of discoveries together!

However, it’s essential to know my breed well before adopting me. Akitas, like me, have a very particular character. We’re independent, often reserved with strangers, and need to be well socialized from an early age. Our loyalty to our family is immense, but this also requires a structured and consistent upbringing so that we can become well-balanced companions.

A family with experience of primitive dogs would be ideal for me. I’ll also have to watch out for my predatory instinct, which is often very present in Akitas. It’s important to work on socialization and desensitization now. We also tend to protect our resources, especially our humans, and are wary of strangers.
