Hi there, I’m Sibelle! 🐶

I was found as a stray around Otter Lake, and I’m probably a terrier mix.

I’m a senior dog with a calm temperament who likes to take my time observing and exploring. I’m independent in my own way, but very motivated by treats, which helps build a strong bond with me. 💖

I’m looking for a family with experience with older dogs, one that can understand my specific needs and pace. I’d be most comfortable in a home without children, where calm and predictability are key.

I can live with another calm dog who respects my space, but life with a puppy wouldn’t suit me. As for cats and other animals, this hasn’t been evaluated yet.

A peaceful environment with a fenced yard would be ideal for me, so I can safely enjoy the outdoors. Long periods of absence make me uncomfortable; I prefer to have people around to reassure me and share my daily life.

I don’t need big adventures to be happy. I especially love taking leisurely walks, playing outside, and using my nose to find hidden treats 🦴❄️. These simple moments bring me joy and stimulate both my body and my mind.

I still have a few small challenges, like pulling on the leash and staying focused on my human when we’re outside, but with gentleness and consistency, I’ll continue to make progress.

I am up for humanitarian adoption program because of my age, and because it is recommended that I receive geriatric blood tests and dental care to ensure my health.
