Hi, I’m Cocotte! 🌸

I’m a beautiful little cat who is very affectionate and sociable with humans. I quickly seek out contact and love to be petted and given your full attention. Being close to you, feeling your presence, and sharing moments of tenderness is what I love most!

However, I am sensitive to certain noises, such as electric razors. 😅 It will be important to observe whether other everyday sounds, such as vacuum cleaners, also scare me. If so, gradual desensitization training can help me feel more confident.

When I get very excited or stimulated by something, my tail can become all fluffed up. Depending on the context, this can also say that I feel overwhelmed or a little scared, so I will need you to respect my signals! 🐾I may also need support to better tolerate certain procedures, such as nail trimming or veterinary exams. With patience, positive approaches, and rewards, I will gradually be able to improve my tolerance.

I am up for humanitarian adoption due to a fractured tooth. Also, I never ate very well at the shelter, so it will be important to continue monitoring my appetite. 😋
