Hi there, I’m Chicken Wing 🐶

My previous family had to surrender me to the shelter for personal reasons. I’m an adorable Pug mix with a cute little face and a personality that’s bursting with energy.

I’m an affectionate, curious puppy who’s always up for a new adventure. I love exploring my surroundings, meeting people, and spending time with those who take care of me. Like all young dogs, I still have a lot to learn, and I’m looking for a family ready to grow with me.

Experience with puppies or small dogs is recommended to fully understand my needs. I can live with children, but since I jump, nibble, and can be a bit rough when I’m excited, I’ll need guidance and supervision during interactions with younger children.

I could live with another dog if we meet gradually. I haven’t been tested with cats or other animals, so a slow and positive introduction will be important.

I’ll be happiest in a family that’s there for me, especially at the beginning of our life together. A fenced-in yard is a big plus, but what I love most is going on walks, playing, chewing on my favorite toys, and tackling little challenges that will stimulate my mind. 🌳🦴

My biggest challenge will simply be learning the house rules! I still need to work on house training, walking calmly on a leash, and channeling my puppy energy. With patience, consistency, and positive training, I’m ready to make great progress.

I’m up for humanitarian adoption due to a congenital deformity in my left forelimb. For now, I’m doing just fine, but it’s important to maintain a healthy weight to reduce the strain on my joints and to monitor the progression of my condition with your veterinarian during my routine checkups. With good care and a suitable lifestyle, I’ll be able to continue enjoying life to the fullest by your side. 💛🐾
