Hi there, I’m Brie! 🐾
I was found as a stray, and I’m believed to be a guard dog, possibly a mix of German Shepherd, Rottweiler, and Great Pyrenees.
I’m a sociable, affectionate, and energetic dog! I love spending time with both people and other dogs, and treats are a great way to get my attention. 💛
I’d be a good fit for a first-time family willing to invest in my training and include me in their daily activities. I get along well with school-aged children or older and would thrive in a home where everyone loves to be active as much as I do.
I enjoy the company of other dogs and could share my daily life with a sociable canine companion. However, a preliminary meeting will be necessary to assess our compatibility. I haven’t been tested with cats yet.
I’m looking for a home with a large, fenced-in yard, ideally in the countryside or near open spaces. Apartment or condo living isn’t right for me, since I need space and regular opportunities to burn off my energy. A family that’s home most of the time would also be a big plus.
I love being active and exploring the world with my humans! 🌲 Long walks, hikes, and enrichment plays are perfect for me. I also love learning, thinking, and enjoying tasty chews. 🦴
I still have a few things to work on: I sometimes jump on people, bark, or pull on the leash when I’m excited. With positive reinforcement and consistency, I learn well and am able to calm down.
I’m a loving companion who has a lot to offer a family ready to share in my adventures and continue my training. Ready to team up with me? ❤️
