Hi there, I’m Copper! 🐾

I was found as a stray, and I’m a young puppy whose mixed breed is still to be determined. I’m still learning a lot and am slowly discovering the world around me.

I’m a sensitive and curious little guy who needs time to build trust. New people can sometimes intimidate me, but with a gentle and respectful approach, I can learn to form strong bonds with my humans.

I’m looking for a family that truly understands a puppy’s needs and is willing to patiently guide me through my learning process. A family with experience with sensitive young dogs would be ideal. Since I can be easily overwhelmed by new experiences, an environment with older children would be preferable to respect my pace and help me feel safe.

I could live with another dog after a gradual introduction, since I still have a lot to learn about healthy canine interactions. My compatibility with cats and other small animals has not yet been tested.

I’m looking for a home where I’ll have plenty of opportunities to explore my surroundings at my own pace. Long absences can be difficult for me, especially while I’m still building my confidence. Access to the outdoors would be a big plus to help me progress at my own pace. 🌿

I love exploring on walks and taking the time to take in everything around me. Brain-teasers, search-and-find plays, and quality time with my family will be perfect for helping me grow 🦴.

My little challenge? I can get anxious around new things, and I still need to learn how to manage my emotions better. With a gentle, consistent family ready to support me, I can become a confident companion.
