Hi there, I’m Jasper! 🐾

I was found wandering, and I’m probably a Pit Bull mix.

I’m a young dog bursting with energy, always ready to explore what’s going on around me. Curious, enthusiastic, and sociable, I love observing my surroundings and going up to anything that catches my eye.

I’m looking for an active family that already has some experience with young, energetic dogs. Since I’m still learning and can be very exuberant, I’d be a better fit for a home with teenagers who can respect my space and help guide me as I grow.

I could live with another dog, as long as he or she is patient and tolerant of my enthusiasm. I haven’t been tested yet with cats or other animals.

I need a home with a fenced yard or access to large open spaces where I can move around, explore, and burn off my energy. Apartment living isn’t right for me, since I need space to thrive.

Long walks, hikes, games, sports, and brain-teasing challenges are exactly what I need! 🏃🦴 I love staying busy and learning new things with the humans who share my daily life.

I still have a few small challenges to work on. I tend to pull on the leash, jump up to say hello, nip when I’m excited, and have trouble staying calm in certain situations. With consistency, guidance, and positive training methods, I’ll be able to make great progress.
