These dedicated farmers have come together to form the Pokmas Walida Cooperative, under the leadership of the esteemed Pak Muhlisin. Collaborating with the renowned exporter, Belift Green Beans, this cooperative is committed to bringing forth exceptional, transparent coffees to new and discerning markets. The natural processing of this coffee involves careful nurturing in the incredibly humid environment, ensuring unwavering consistency and superior quality. After being meticulously dried on raised beds for 15-16 days and stirred hourly, the coffee undergoes an additional 8-10 days of patio drying, resulting in a truly exceptional product.
