The SPCA de l’Outaouais is proud to present the 2025 Foster Family of the Year Award to Martin Cloutier and Sophie Pelletier, a duo we can always count on.<\/p>\n
Since 2020, Martin and Sophie have opened their home to a wide variety of cats: young, old, fearful, convalescent, and many waiting for a second chance. No matter what the animal needs, their answer is always the same: \u201cYes.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n Their patience, gentleness, flexibility, and incredible ability to adapt make them a golden foster family. They offer much more than a roof over their heads: they provide care, comfort, and love, allowing dozens of cats to regain their confidence before finding a forever home.<\/p>\n The SPCA de l\u2019Outaouais would like to thank Martin and Sophie from the bottom of our hearts for their exceptional commitment. This award is a modest token of our appreciation for the immense difference they make in the lives of our animals… and in ours.<\/p>\n Thanks to people like them, hundreds of animals find comfort and a second chance every year.<\/p>\n You too can make a difference.
