The situation is critical. With many animals expected to arrive in the coming weeks, <strong>we are desperately short of space<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>To give our adult cats another chance to find a loving family, we are organizing a <strong>no fee adoption day<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udcc5 <strong>Date:<\/strong> Saturday, July 12, 2025<\/p>\n<p>\u23f0 <strong>Time:<\/strong> 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. (exceptionally)<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udccd <strong>Location:<\/strong> SPCA de l\u2019Outaouais, 132 rue de Varennes, Gatineau<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udc31 <strong>Adoption fees:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Adult cats and humanitarian adoptions: <strong>$0<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Kittens: usual fee<\/li>\n<li>Dogs: regular fee<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\ud83d\udd39 All our animals are <strong>vaccinated, microchipped, and spayed or neutered<\/strong> before adoption.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udd39 You can purchase everything you need to welcome your new friend (car carrier, accessories, toys) on site.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udd39 First come, first served\u2014plan to wait to meet with an adoption counselor.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udca1 <strong>Why organize such an event?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Because <strong>every animal deserves a family<\/strong>, and the data confirms it: <strong>no fee adoptions have no negative impact on the quality of adoptions<\/strong>.
